The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 2755 - “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §37-16-1, §37-16-2, §37-16-3 and §37-16-4, all relating to requiring a seller of real property to satisfy any outstanding charges owed to the county and municipality in which property is located.”
